1, What is Subiz Referral Program?

Referral Program creates the opportunity of cooperating between Subiz and partners based on seeking Subiz’s potential customers.
This program is designed for businesses/people dealing in online activities : professional website design company, Internet Marketing company, Marketing staff, web developer, etc.

Note: Having a Subiz account is required.

2, How does the referral program work?

Subiz provides you a referral link with tracking code. Share the link with as many friends as you want! When customers click on the link and register, Subiz will record. And when they pay for Subiz, you will receive a corresponding commission.

3, How to join?

Access your Dashboard >> Reports tab >> Referral
Fill in your email which Subiz can contact you well and Click “Register”
Check your email to make sure that you are accepted in this program.

4, Manage your Referral account

Check Total register, Total paid accounts chart. You can filter by the date as you want.

Then, Click “Payment” to access your referral account information.

5, Program commission?

10-15% any kind of customer payments (initial charges, extension, adding more agents, etc) will be put aside for you.

This commission info will also display at Reports >> Referral >> Payment

If you are working well, we will offer a higher commission rate.

6, Receive money?

On the 5th of every month, Subiz will check and determine the income you receive. The payment will be made within 3-5 working days later.

However, If you reach to minimum payment limit ($20 minimum), you can request us to receive money anytime.

7, Is it compulsory to install Subiz on my website?

We encourage you to install Subiz on website in order to experience and know more about Subiz before referring to others. However, this is not mandatory. So, the only thing you have to do is that registering succesfully an account on Subiz.com

Note:

  • Follow the international rules of referral program
  • Do not make advertisements that compete with Subiz (directly or indirectly)
  • You can write recommendations about Subiz on Website, Blog, Email…
  • Subiz appreciates that you make direct recommendation to customers and help them understand about Subiz
  • Subiz do not take responsibility of compensation if you do not follow referral rules

How to use Credit Voucher?

Think of Subiz Credits as cash in your account. Credit Voucher as a gift for Subiz passengers. It has been issued through some special partners of Subiz.

In common, Credit code will come with some applied conditions.

For example:

  • Application Object: Subiz Trial (accounts are in the 30-day trial)
  • Duration: Submit before the code expiration date (When charging successfully, you can use Credit at any time you want.
  • Each code is used 01 time for 01 account.
  • The codes do not applied at the same time.
  • Code Value: The codes may have the same or different value when realesed to specific partners.

Make sure that you get enough voucher information.

Following these steps below to charge Credit Voucher

Step 1: Go to Subscription page

Step 2: Click “Add credits” button

Step 3: If the code is correct, the screen will display the relative corresponding values. Click “Redeem” to finish.

Note: Using Credit Voucher is not mean that you must choose to upgrade into Subiz premium plan. These are two independent operations. Credit amount will exist in your account until the accounts have incurred bills.

Update subscription information

During your payment period, you can change any information of your subscription at any time.

To update subscription information, log in Dashboard > Come to Subscription (At the top portion of dashboard page)

There are some actions you can take to change your subscription such as:

Purchase more agent(s)
Reduce agent(s)
Change billing cycle
Edit payment method
Change plan
Renew subscription
Charge credit
Downgrade

Renewal billing information will be displayed at the end of subscription period.

Credit

Credit (currency: USD) provides you a more convenient way to pay for Subiz billings any time you need. Its payable value is exact the same as when it was originally transferred to Subiz credit.
