Chat history and Offline message.
All conversation between visitors and agents will be saved in History. There are 2 types of contents in history: Chat history and Offline message. You can recognize by icon image.
Chat history includes all normal chats and missed chats. Only conversations which have the appearance of an agent or a visitor will be stored.
You can filter by date, type, agent’s name… to easily find targeted chats.
You can export data from Subiz’s history as a comma-separated values (CSV) file (read more) to a spreadsheet for reporting.You can import those data into CRM software or analyze some customer’s KPI like Waiting time.
Only agents in admin type have rights to export history. Exported data cannot be over 30 days. You can carry out several times in case you want to get data in long period of time. After exporting, Subiz will send the .csv file via email after 2-5 minutes.
